Pete‘s experience in real estate began in 2005 while he was a student at Boston College and worked as one of the youngest licensed agents on the East End. Focused primarily on the sale of vacant land, Pete helped bring to market over $10M of property during his first summer in the business and was the listing agent on the highest priced waterfront sale in Springs at the time. After graduating from BC with a degree in finance and marketing, Pete put his real estate career on hold to join Summit Partners, a $41B private equity and venture capital firm where he sourced, evaluated and invested in fast growing, private companies in the consumer products and financial services industries. Moving from investing to operating, and looking for a way to return to the East End, Pete later founded and currently owns a retail apparel brand called Mainstay, where he has operated stores in Montauk, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, Greenport, Hudson and Nantucket. Pete works out of Corcoran’s East Hampton office and specializes in vacant land and waterfront sales from Montauk to Aquebogue.
